What You'll Do
- Generate recent business opportunities across battery recycling, critical minerals, rare earth metals, and circular economy sectors.
- Build relationships with OEMs, recyclers, battery manufacturers, traders, processors, aggregators, mining companies, and industrial customers.
- Identify and onboard domestic and international customers.
- Develop strategic partnerships, MoUs, and long-term commercial relationships.
- Drive revenue growth and achieve business development targets.




- Conduct market research on critical minerals, battery materials, recycling markets, and emerging opportunities.
- Represent BlackMass Energies at conferences, exhibitions, industry events, and customer meetings.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of customers, suppliers, and partners.
- Work closely with sourcing, operations, finance, and leadership teams to execute commercial opportunities.
- Identify new business models, market opportunities, and expansion strategies.
