Role Description
This is a full time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Bengaluru South. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and managing outreach to prospective parents, schools, and partners.



Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting discovery calls, presenting BrightCHAMPS offerings, and guiding prospective customers through the enrollment process. The Business Development Executive will maintain accurate records in CRM tools, coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding, and support ongoing relationship-building initiatives. The role also includes meeting sales targets, contributing to local market insights, and representing BrightCHAMPS professionally in all interactions.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with the ability to identify, qualify, and nurture prospective customers.
- Solid understanding of Business and Account Management to support customer onboarding, retention, and upselling opportunities.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and confident presentation abilities.
- Comfort working
