Role Description

The Trainee Field Engineer – Electrical Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. This role involves assisting in the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical equipment at client locations, under the guidance of senior engineers. The trainee will support field service activities, including routine inspections,



troubleshooting, and basic repairs, while documenting work performed and maintaining service records. Day-to-day responsibilities also include providing initial technical support to clients, coordinating with internal teams on project status, and following safety and quality standards during all field operations. The role offers hands-on learning and development in electrical field engineering, with exposure to diverse client environments.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess robust Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills to diagnose and resolve electrical issues in the field.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and customer interaction skills to clearly explain technical information and maintain professional relationships.
