Role & responsibilities

Conduct Lightning Risk Assessments (LRA) and prepare ESE Lightning Protection

system designs using AutoCAD, aligned with relevant international and Indian

standards.
- Prepare BOQs, technical documentation, and tender specifications supporting

consultant submissions and bid processes.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive project funnel, monitoring opportunities across

design, tender, and execution stages.
- Develop and expand relationships with consultants, contractors, and key influencers in

the Western region (primarily Mumbai, Pune, Gujarat, Goa).
- Support the Sales Team with technical expertise during tender and pre-bid discussions.
- Conduct technical training programs, product presentations, and consultant meets to

strengthen awareness of product
- Track and analyse market intelligence on competitor products, specifications, and

pricing strategies.
- Deliver on sales, specification conversion, and funnel growth targets on a monthly and

quarterly basis.
