Role Description
The Solar Installer is a full-time hybrid role based in Gurugram, with some work-from-home flexibility depending on project needs. Responsibilities include installing, assembling, and maintaining solar power systems on residential, commercial, or industrial sites, following technical designs and safety standards. The role involves using hand tools and power tools to mount panels, connect wiring, and support structural components,



as well as performing inspections and basic troubleshooting on installed systems. The Solar Installer collaborates with engineers, project managers, and other field team members to ensure installations are completed on time, meet quality benchmarks, and comply with relevant regulations and industry best practices. Documentation of work performed, adherence to safety protocols, and clear communication with the team and clients are part of day-to-day activities.

Qualifications
- Knowledge of solar power and solar systems, with the ability to read and interpret basic electrical and installation diagrams.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for construction and electrical tasks.
