Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage the company's financial records, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and support day-to-day financial operations. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, accuracy, and proficiency in accounting software.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping.
- Prepare and record journal entries, invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Process payroll and maintain employee salary records.
- Calculate and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returns (as applicable).
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Prepare documents for internal and external audits.
- Monitor cash flow and maintain petty cash records.




- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and applicable tax laws.
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, vendors, and government authorities.
- Maintain proper filing of financial documents and records.
- Support management by providing financial analysis and reports.

Experience
- 1–5 years of experience in accounting or finance.

Required Skills
- Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime, Busy, or other accounting software.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and financial reporting.
- Understanding of GST, TDS, income tax, and accounting principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
