Role Description
The Freight Broker role at V2U Logistics is a full time, on-site position based in Noida. The individual in this role will manage freight transactions between shippers and carriers, negotiate rates, and secure capacity to meet client requirements. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with customers and carriers, coordinating dispatch and load planning,



and monitoring shipments to ensure on-time delivery and issue resolution. The role involves handling documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations, and providing proactive updates and customer service throughout the shipment lifecycle. The Freight Broker will also support account growth by identifying opportunities for additional services and optimizing logistics solutions for clients.

Qualifications
- Strong Freight Brokerage and Brokerage skills to source carriers, negotiate rates, and manage end-to-end freight movements.
- Customer Service and Account Management skills to build relationships, understand client needs, and deliver consistent, high-quality support.
- Dispatching experience to coordinate loads, schedule pickups and deliveries, and communicate effectively with drivers and carrier partners.
- Knowledge of domestic and international freight operations, modes (air, ocean, road),
