We are looking for passionate Talent Acquisition Specialists with experience in technology hiring and leadership recruitment to join our team. This is an individual contributor role where you will drive end-to-end recruitment for senior and leadership positions while partnering with business leaders and top management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for senior and leadership hiring.
- Understand technology, technical roles, and hiring requirements.
- Source, screen, and assess candidates through various channels.
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to drive recruitment.
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines.
- Negotiate compensation and ensure successful candidate onboarding.
- Track recruitment metrics and meet hiring targets.
- Plan and execute recruitment drives.
- Maintain recruitment data in ATS and internal systems.
- Stay updated with market trends and talent intelligence.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong experience in IT/Technology hiring.
- Experience in handling senior / leadership hiring is mandatory.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
