Role & Responsibilities

Source technical talent for Semiconductors across Semiconductor, VLSI, Embedded, Firmware, Software and Engineering functions.
Develop talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Boolean Search, referrals and market mapping.
Conduct initial candidate screening and qualification.
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and market trends.
Maintain candidate information in ATS/Workday and provide sourcing reports.
Support multiple hiring projects while ensuring quality and turnaround time.

Preferred Candidate Profile

35 years of experience in Talent Sourcing or Technical Recruitment.
Proven experience sourcing Semiconductor talent for roles such as VLSI, Physical Design, RTL Design, Design Verification, DFT, Embedded Software, Firmware, ASIC, FPGA, Analog/Mixed Signal, Functional Safety, and related engineering positions.
Robust hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, X-ray/Boolean Search and Talent Mapping.
Experience working with semiconductor companies or engineering RPO engagements is highly preferred.
Knowledge of ATS/Workday is an advantage.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
