The role
We're looking for an experienced HR Manager to build and strengthen our people function as we continue to grow. You'll lead hiring, employee engagement, HR operations, and help create a high-performance culture across Funky Island x Blaaze.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end recruitment across business functions
- Drive onboarding, employee engagement, and performance management
- Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and best practices
- Manage attendance, leave, documentation, and HR compliance
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning and organizational development
- Resolve employee concerns while fostering a positive workplace culture
What you bring
- 4+ years of experience in Human Resources
- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment and HR operations
- Solid understanding of labor laws, HR compliance, and documentation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality
Bonus points
- Experience in hospitality, entertainment, events, or consumer-facing businesses
- Familiarity with HRMS, payroll, and recruitment platforms
