Job Overview:

The Regional Manager - Delhi is responsible for leading the overall development, implementation, and growth of Major League Baseball (MLB) programs within Delhi-NCR and surrounding regions.

The role is accountable for delivering high-quality MLB grassroot programs, expanding school partnerships, managing the city coaching team, ensuring successful execution of MLB Cup and other MLB initiatives, and creating a sustainable baseball ecosystem through solid stakeholder engagement, coach development, competition pathways, and operational excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Leadership & Strategy Oversight
- Develop and execute the city's annual MLB program plan in alignment with national objectives.
- Lead overall city operations including program roll-out, coach deployment, scheduling, logistics, and quality control.
- Develop city-level participation targets and monitor achievement against defined KPIs
- Ensure successful execution of MLB First Pitch, MLB Cup, MLB Clinics, and all MLB events.

Program Management & Execution
- Oversee implementation of curriculum,



coaching standards, and safety protocols across partner schools.
- Manage program calendars, coach schedules, equipment, and reporting systems.
- Ensure curriculum fidelity and consistent delivery across the city.
- Facilitate assessments, talent identification, and development pathways for the technical staff.

Stakeholder & Partner Management.
- Speak to and onboard new schools into the MLB First Pitch Program.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Sports Heads, Administration, Principals, Directors, and key decision-makers.
- Deliver professional presentations to potential First Pitch partner schools.
- Strengthen long-term relationship management with schools to ensure sustained collaboration.
- Represent IOT and MLB at city-level events and external meetings.
- Address escalations and ensure smooth communication with all stakeholders.
