Shift Options:

Day Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Night Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM

Job Summary:
Squirrel Group LLC is hiring IT Recruitment Coordinators to handle sourcing, resume formatting, interview scheduling, and client follow-ups for U.S. IT staffing. Candidates should have basic IT knowledge (training provided for freshers) and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Source candidates and match them to U.S. IT job roles.

Modify and optimize resumes based on job descriptions.

Submit profiles, schedule interviews, and manage follow-ups.

Maintain trackers and coordinate with candidates and clients regularly.

Build basic understanding of IT skills,



tools, and job roles.

Requirements:

6 months – 3 years of experience in recruitment.

Good communication and follow-up skills.

Interest in IT recruiting and willingness to learn.

Basic understanding of U.S. IT staffing is a plus.
