Role Description
This is a full time Business Development Manager role based in Mumbai & Noida (NCR) with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work-from-home flexibility. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with corporate, public sector, and institutional clients and promote Mind Celebrations’ certifications, assessments, workshops, one to one counseling sessions and mental health audits. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and lead generation, conducting meetings and presentations, preparing proposals, managing the sales pipeline, negotiating contracts and running social media campaigns on LinkedIn, Instagram and other mediums.
