Role Description
The Interior Designer role at Studio SPD is a full time, on-site position based in the Greater Visakhapatnam Area. The Interior Designer will be responsible for developing design concepts, preparing mood boards, and creating detailed interior layouts that align with client requirements and project budgets. Day-to-day tasks include space planning, producing construction drawings,



coordinating with architects and contractors, and selecting FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment). The role involves site visits, measurements, and overseeing implementation to ensure design intent is maintained. The Interior Designer will also prepare presentation materials, participate in client meetings, and support project documentation and coordination.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in Interior Design and Space Planning, with the ability to translate client needs into functional and attractive layouts.
- Experience with Architecture and understanding of building systems to coordinate effectively with project teams.
- Proficiency in preparing and reviewing Construction Drawings, including detailed plans, elevations, and sections.
- Capability in FF&E; selection, specification, and coordination, ensuring cohesive design and adherence to budgets.
- Relevant software proficiency (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchU
