About the Role

As the Aftermarket Marketing Specialist, you will drive growth and profitability across Carrier's aftermarket business by developing and executing marketing strategies for Service Agreements, Repairs, Spare Parts, Controls,



and Digital Service offerings. You will play a critical role in expanding installed-base penetration, improving customer retention, strengthening channel partnerships, and identifying new revenue opportunities. By leveraging market intelligence, customer insights, and data-driven strategies, you will help maximize customer lifetime value while supporting the growth of Carrier's service and solutions portfolio.
Key Responsibilities

As an Aftermarket Marketing Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Developing and executing aftermarket growth strategies across Services, Parts, Controls, Digital Services, and Building Solutions.
