Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overseeing day-to-day workshop operations and ensuring automobile/vehicles servicing and repairs are completed safely and efficiently.
- This role involves planning and assigning work to technicians, monitoring job progress, and maintaining quality standards for all service activities.
- Coordinate spare parts availability, manage tools and equipment,



and uphold safety and housekeeping practices in the workshop.
- The role also includes tracking job cards, maintaining service records, supporting root-cause analysis of machinery issues, and collaborating with other departments to meet customer commitments and turnaround times.
- Guide and train workshop staff, support performance reviews, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Skills:
