Overall Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for customers for escalations, issues, and enhancement requests.
- Perform hands-on UiPath development, including code changes, bug fixing, enhancements, and change requests.
- Utilize UiPath Document Understanding for automating document processing tasks.
- Follow the ITIL framework and support processes, ensuring smooth operations.
- Interpret and work with Solution Design Documents (SDD) and Process Design Documents (PDD).




- Handle team-related responsibilities such as mentoring, shift roster preparation, and driving performance in a rapid-paced environment.
- Gather customer requirements, provide effort estimation, and execute tasks via enhancement and change management processes.
- Provide Level 3/4 support for UiPath automation, including incident, change, and problem management.
- Monitor BOT performance, address issues proactively, and ensure seamless operation through code fixes and optimizations.
- Mentor junior team members and establish methodologies for effective client monitoring services.
- Engage in automation opportunities, process improvements, and deliver impactful results.
