As a
Food Manufacturing Expert
, you will lead the development of scalable production systems, manufacturing partnerships,
and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable food manufacturing systems for functional nutrition products, ensuring consistency, efficiency, quality, and commercial viability.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard contract manufacturers, co-manufacturers, central kitchens, and commercial food production facilities across India to support rapid business expansion.
- Develop manufacturing SOPs, batch production protocols, process validation systems, quality assurance frameworks, and production documentation for consistent large-scale manufacturing.
- Optimize production workflows, equipment selection, manpower planning, factory layouts, automation opportunities, packaging systems, and operational efficiency.
- Work closely with food scientists, chefs, nutritionists, and product development teams to transition laboratory or kitchen-scale products into commercially manufacturable product
