Role Description
This is a full-time, in office/hybrid/remote Sales Development Executive role based in Bengaluru. The Sales Development Executive will identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, inbound lead management, and targeted outreach to potential B2B customers.



Responsibilities include conducting discovery calls, understanding customer pain points, presenting Juddoc’s CLM capabilities, and scheduling demos for the sales team. The role involves maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, collaborating closely with marketing and product teams to optimize messaging, and following up on campaigns to drive pipeline growth. The Sales Development Executive will also research target accounts, monitor industry trends, and provide feedback from prospects to help refine sales strategies.

What You'll Do (Day to Day)
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided lead lists
- Introduce Juddoc CLM and explain our value proposition
- Understand customer requirements and qualify prospects
- Schedule product demonstrations for the sales team
- Follow up with interested prospects
- Maintain accurate call notes and update the CRM
- Achieve daily and weekly calling and appointment target
