Job Summary**

Lead and manage the sales team in Kolhapur for our Housing Loan (HL) products, focusing on achieving sales targets, expanding market share, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Job Responsibilities**

* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed HL sales targets in Kolhapur.
* Manage, motivate, and mentor a team of sales executives, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
* Identify and cultivate relationships with builders, developers, real estate agents, and other potential lead sources.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify current business opportunities and refine sales strategies.
* Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation and qualification to sanction and disbursement, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
* Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.




* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and effective resolution of queries or issues.
* Collaborate with credit, operations, and other internal departments to streamline processes and enhance customer experience.
* Conduct regular field visits to support the sales team, engage with key clients, and assess market conditions.

Job Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
* Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in retail lending, with at least 2-3 years in a sales management role, specifically within Housing Loans.
* Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
* Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales force.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Thorough understanding of the Kolhapur real estate market and local customer demographics.
