Role Description
The Casino Manager is a contractual, on-site role located in India, responsible for overseeing daily casino operations and ensuring a high-quality guest experience. This role includes supervising gaming floor activities, monitoring staffing levels, and coordinating with department leads to maintain smooth and effective operations. The Casino Manager will handle customer concerns, ensure compliance with gaming regulations and internal policies, and oversee cash handling and security procedures.



Day-to-day tasks also involve training and coaching team members, supporting hiring processes, reviewing performance metrics, and implementing improvements to service standards and operational workflows.
