Role Description
The CNC Programmer & Machinist role at AlSec is a full-time, in office position based in Hyderabad. The individual in this role will program CNC machines based on technical drawings and specifications, set up and operate milling and related machining equipment, and ensure components are produced to precise tolerances.



Daily tasks include reading and interpreting engineering drawings, creating and optimizing CNC programs, performing machine setup and tooling changes, and conducting inspections to verify dimensional accuracy and surface quality. The role also involves routine machine maintenance, troubleshooting machining issues, collaborating with engineers on manufacturability, and maintaining safety and quality standards in a production environment.

Qualifications
- Ability to interpret and work from technical drawings, blueprints, and engineering specifications.
- Strong CNC Programming skills, including creating, modifying, and optimizing programs for production and prototyping.
- Hands-on experience with Machining processes, including setup, operation, and troubleshooting of milling and related equipment.
- Practical knowledge of Milling operations and cutting parameters to achieve accuracy, efficiency, and quality finishes.
