Key Responsibilities
- Training Needs Analysis (TNA): Identify skill gaps within teams through surveys, interviews, and performance data
- Curriculum Design: Develop engaging training modules, workshops, and materials (PowerPoint, handouts, activities)
- Delivery: Conduct high-energy training sessions (in-person or virtual) that encourage participation and practical learning
- Coaching: Provide one-on-one feedback and coaching to employees to help them overcome specific interpersonal challenges
- Evaluation: Measure the effectiveness of training programs using feedback forms and by monitoring post-training performance improvements
