ROLE SUMMARY

The Interior Project Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of interior projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and client satisfaction. The role involves coordinating with vendors, labour teams, and internal stakeholders while translating design drawings and 3D visuals into well-executed interior spaces.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Execution & Management
- Execute interior projects by accurately interpreting design drawings, technical details, and 3D visualizations
- Plan, monitor, and control project timelines, resources, and site activities to ensure on-time delivery
- Apply Project Management Consultancy (PMC) best practices for premium interior projects

Vendor & Labour Coordination
- Coordinate and manage multiple vendors, contractors, and skilled labour teams




- Ensure smooth workflow and effective communication between all project stakeholders
- Resolve site-level challenges proactively to avoid delays or quality issues

Quality & Supervision
- Supervise on-site activities to ensure adherence to approved designs, specifications, and quality standards
- Guide and monitor execution teams to maintain high standards of workmanship and finish
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks

Customer Focus & Communication
- Understand and interpret client requirements to deliver customized furniture and furnishing solutions
- Act as a key point of contact for clients during project execution
- Ensure clear, professional communication with clients and internal teams

Industry & Brand Contribution
- Maintain strong knowledge of home furnishing materials, furniture products, and industry trends
- Contribute to brand building by ensuring consistent
