This leadership role is responsible for defining and advancing the quality strategy across a modern SaaS product portfolio.

You will drive the evolution from traditional QA practices toward an automation-first, AI-enabled quality engineering culture.

The role focuses on building scalable testing frameworks, improving release confidence, and reducing operational risk through intelligent quality practices.

You will partner closely with engineering, product, architecture, security, and operations teams to embed quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

This is an prospect to influence engineering standards, adopt emerging AI-powered testing capabilities, and shape how quality is measured and delivered.

Accountabilities
As the Director of Quality,



you will own the overall quality vision, strategy, and execution across multiple products and engineering teams. You will establish scalable processes, improve automation maturity, and ensure quality becomes an integrated part of development rather than a final checkpoint.
- Define and execute a comprehensive quality strategy across SaaS products, including legacy applications, modern platforms, data solutions, and analytics capabilities.
- Build and scale automated regression coverage, prioritizing critical business workflows, customer impact, and high-risk areas.
- Evaluate and implement AI-assisted quality solutions, including AI-driven test generation, self-healing test automation, mutation testing, visual regression, and production anomaly detection.
- Establish quality gates within CI/CD pipelines in partnership with engineering, DevOps, security, and platform teams.
