Role Description
The Human Resources Specialist will support and manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, documentation, and HR records management. This full-time hybrid role is based in Chennai, with the flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements as per business needs.



Responsibilities include assisting in the implementation of HR policies, coordinating employee benefits and welfare programs, and handling personnel queries in a timely and professional manner. The role also involves supporting performance management processes, helping organize training and development initiatives, and ensuring compliance with applicable labor regulations. The Human Resources Specialist will collaborate with management to foster a positive work culture, support talent retention, and contribute to HR process improvements.

Qualifications
- Robust foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience in day-to-day HR operations.
- Knowledge of HR Policies and their implementation, including compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
