Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive institutional sales of our Robotics & AI curriculum, STEM labs, and technology-enabled learning solutions across Pune and Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing recent business opportunities, building long-term relationships with educational institutions, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for Robotics & AI programs and STEM lab solutions.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Meet School Owners, Trustees, Principals, and Academic Heads to build strong business relationships.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.




• Develop and execute territory sales strategies for CBSE, ICSE, and State Board schools.
• Maintain CRM records and submit sales reports and forecasts.
• Track competitor activities and market trends.
• Coordinate with internal teams for successful project implementation.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. MBA preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B institutional sales.
• Experience in EdTech, STEM education, Robotics, AI, or educational product sales is preferred.
• Basic understanding of Robotics, AI, and Coding concepts.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in English and Hindi. Marathi is an added advantage.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Maharashtra.
