Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and business performance reports.
- Analyze operational and business data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
- Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and other stakeholders to provide data-driven insights.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and timely reporting.
- Automate reports and streamline reporting processes wherever possible.
- Support business planning and strategic decision-making through analytics.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Intelligence, MIS,



Data Analytics, or Reporting.
- Strong knowledge of Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH).
- Hands-on experience with Power BI or Tableau.
- Good understanding of SQL and database concepts.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
