Position: Export Documentation Executive (Back Office)
As part of our Export Documentation team, you will play a critical role in supporting global shipping operations by ensuring the accuracy and timely processing of export-related documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process export shipping documents and related records.




- Verify documentation accuracy and compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely document completion.
- Maintain documentation databases and records.
- Handle customer and operational queries through email and internal systems.
- Ensure adherence to company processes and quality standards.
