Role Description
The Brand & Agency Onboarding Manager – Influencer Marketing is a full-time hybrid role based in Delhi, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role is responsible for onboarding new brand and agency partners, guiding them through MOCA’s influencer marketing processes, platforms, and campaign workflows. Day-to-day activities include coordinating kickoff calls, gathering campaign requirements, defining objectives and KPIs, and aligning stakeholders on timelines and deliverables.



The role involves liaising between internal influencer, creative, and performance teams and external partners to ensure smooth campaign setup, accurate documentation, and timely approvals. The manager will monitor onboarding progress, resolve operational issues, maintain clear communication, and contribute to improving onboarding playbooks, templates, and partner education materials.

Qualifications
- Experience in influencer marketing, digital advertising, or media agency environments, with strong understanding of brand and agency workflows.
- Skills in client relationship management, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional coordination.
- Ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
