? Position: Service Advisor

? Location: Gandhinagar, Gujarat

? Experience: 2+ Years

? Preferred Industry: Automobile

? Qualification: Diploma in Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a relevant field

? CTC: Up to ₹3.60 LPA

⏰ Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.

• Prepare accurate job cards and explain repair estimates.

• Coordinate with workshop technicians for timely vehicle repairs.

• Keep customers updated on service progress.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and quality service.

• Deliver vehicles after explaining the work carried out and billing details.





Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor in the automobile industry.

• Solid communication and customer handling skills.

• Basic technical knowledge of passenger vehicles.

• Valid 4-Wheeler Driving Licence is mandatory.
