Job Description:

• Supervise, plan, and execute day-to-day construction site activities, ensuring

adherence to project specifications and timelines.

• Manage all RCC works, including foundations, columns, slabs, beams, retaining walls,

etc.

• Monitor and control finishing activities including plastering, painting, tiling, false

ceiling, waterproofing, and final handover works.

• Execute day-to-day site activities and ensure timely completion of work.

• Interpret and implement construction drawings and specifications.

• Effective in MIVAN Shuttering

• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.

• Monitor and report on progress, quality, and safety at the site.

• Prepare daily site reports, material consumption logs, and labor reports.

• Ensure adherence to safety,



health, and environmental standards.

• Review and interpret construction drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.

• Handle layout work, leveling, marking, and quality control.

• Verify the quality of raw materials and workmanship.

• Support billing work and check contractor measurements.

• Resolve site-related technical issues efficiently.

Requirements and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, or similar.

• Experience in a similar role.

• Sound knowledge of Engineering, construction, and design.

• Ability to apply logical and critical thinking skills to projects.

• A willingness to learn.

• 5+ years of relevant experience.

• Required immediate joiner.
