Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced
ServiceNow Architect
with 8+ years of overall IT experience and strong expertise in designing, architecting, and delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate should possess deep technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, hands-on experience across multiple ServiceNow modules, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Candidates with
ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
certification will be preferred; however, the certification is
not mandatory
.

Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end ServiceNow solutions aligned with business and enterprise architecture standards.
- Define technical architecture, integration strategy, and platform governance for ServiceNow implementations.
- Lead architecture discussions and provide technical guidance to development teams.
- Design scalable, secure,



and high-performing ServiceNow solutions following platform best practices.
- Review technical designs, customizations, integrations, and code to ensure quality and maintainability.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution consultants, developers, and project managers to deliver successful implementations.
- Drive platform optimization, upgrade planning, and technical roadmap initiatives.
- Mentor developers and provide architectural leadership throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of overall IT experience with significant hands-on experience on the ServiceNow platform.
- Strong experience in
ServiceNow Technical Architecture
and solution design.
- Hands-on exposure to
at least 4–5 ServiceNow modules

- Solid understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, architecture, and best practices.
