Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced
Oracle Retail Techno-Functional Consultant
with strong expertise in Oracle Retail Merchandising applications and retail business processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Oracle Retail implementation, support, enhancements, integrations, and production support. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors to deliver scalable Oracle Retail solutions. Oracle Retail environments commonly include modules such as RMS, MFCS, ReIM, ReSA, RPM, SIM, and Xstore.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and implement Oracle Retail solutions.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Configure and support Oracle Retail modules including:
- RMS / MFCS (Retail Merchandising)
- ReIM (Invoice Matching)
- ReSA (Sales Audit)
- RPM (Price Management)
- SIM (Store Inventory Management)
- Xstore POS
- Develop functional and technical design documents.




- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Build and support integrations using REST APIs, SOAP, PL/SQL, and Oracle Integration technologies.
- Write complex SQL queries and optimize database performance.
- Coordinate SIT, UAT, and production deployments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the SDLC.
- Provide post-production support and user training.

Required Skills
- 5+ years of Oracle Retail implementation/support experience.
- Robust experience with one or more Oracle Retail modules:
- RMS/MFCS
- ReIM
- ReSA
- RPM
- SIM
- Xstore
- Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills.
- Experience with Oracle Database.
- Experience with Oracle Retail integrations.
- Knowledge of Retail Merchandising and Supply Chain processes.
- Experience in Unix/Linux environments.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
