About us

We build and operate a portfolio of consumer and B2B apps across wellness, fintech, AI marketing and AI Engineering. Engineering is fully AI-assisted and shipping rapid — our bottleneck is distribution, not product. We're hiring one exceptional operator to own it.

The role

You will own how our apps reach users. Not by running ads or posting manually — by designing and operating
automated content and distribution loops
powered by Claude and its connected tools (MCP integrations, scheduled agents, workflow automation). One person, leveraged like a ten-person growth team.

You'll work directly with the founder. Your output is measured in installs, signups, and organic reach per product — not in content produced.

What you'll do
- Design compounding distribution loops per product: programmatic SEO, short-form video pipelines (YouTube Shorts, Reels), newsletters, ASO, community, and launch playbooks
- Build and operate AI content engines: Claude-driven research → scripting → asset generation (Seedance / HeyGen, ElevenLabs, image/video gen) → scheduling (Buffer/n8n)



→ analytics feedback, running daily with minimal manual touch
- Run weekly growth experiments end-to-end: hypothesis, build, ship, measure (PostHog/GSC), kill or scale
- Own store presence and launch distribution: App Store/Play Store optimization, Product Hunt, Reddit, communities
- Codify what works into reusable agent skills and playbooks so every new app launches with a working distribution engine from day one
- Teach the rest of the team your AI workflows — raising everyone's leverage is part of the job

Who you are
- 4–8 years in growth, content, or distribution for consumer apps or SaaS — with at least one loop you built that compounded (show us the numbers)
- Already AI-first: you use Claude/LLMs and automation tools daily to do the work of a team. You think in systems and loops, not campaigns and calendars
- Comfortable with light technical work: APIs, no-code/low-code automation (n8n, Zapi
