Job Description:
The Contract Management Associate supports the day-to-day administration of the contract management function within Firm Risk Management. This role assists with contract lifecycle activities, maintains accurate documentation, and supports compliance with firm policies and procedures.



The Associate works collaboratively with Quality & Risk Management, Legal, partners, and business unit leadership to help ensure contracts are processed efficiently and accurately. They may also assist in the delivery of training to business unit personnel on contract management workflows and technology tools.

This is a dynamic, quick-paced environment with frequently shifting priorities; the successful candidate must be able to quickly assess and triage incoming contracts, adapt to changing timelines, and maintain accuracy under pressure.

This role is designed for an early-career professional who has developed foundational knowledge in contract management, business operations, and professional services practices and would like to expand on that knowledge. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong attention to detail, organization, accountability, and a willingness to learn and grow within a collaborative team environment.
