Title: SAP SF Indian Payroll
Location: Mumbai
Exp: 8+ Years Key Responsibilities
- Implement and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) or SAP HCM Payroll for India.
- Configure and maintain payroll schemas, rules, wage types, and payroll functions.
- Handle end-to-end payroll processing for Indian employees.
- Manage statutory compliance including PF, Client, PT, TDS, LWF, Gratuity, Bonus, and Income Tax.
- Perform payroll validation, reconciliation, and year-end activities.
- Integrate SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central with Payroll.
- Work on payroll control center, payroll troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and business stakeholders to gather requirements.
- Prepare functional specifications and support testing activities (Unit Testing, SIT, UAT).
- Provide production support and resolve payroll-related incidents.
- Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws and payroll regulations.

Mandatory Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in SAP Payroll implementations/support.

- Experience in payroll configuration and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Employee Central integration.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Preferred Skills
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification.
- Experience with SAP CPI/BTP integration.
