Senior Project Manager
to lead cross-functional marketing and branding initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

Role Overview

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering end-to-end marketing and branding projects. This role requires close collaboration with creative, performance marketing, product, technology, content, design, operations, and leadership teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns, brand initiatives, product launches, and strategic projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end marketing and branding projects from planning to execution.
- Develop comprehensive project plans,



timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Branding, Creative, Product, Technology, Design, Content, Operations, and Leadership.
- Ensure timely delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Drive brand launch initiatives, campaign rollouts, seasonal promotions, influencer campaigns, and product marketing activities.
- Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and proactively resolve issues.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular project status updates to senior management.
- Establish project governance, processes, documentation, and reporting standards.
- Track project KPIs, campaign milestones, budgets, and resource utilization.
- Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, review meetings, and retrospective sessions where applicable.
