- Key deliverables:
- Designing and facilitating training programs
- Developing training content, presentations, handouts, instructional materials etc.
- Preparing and maintaining, training MIS & dashboards
- Prior experience in training delivery to frontline Sales Team
- Administering the Learning Management System
Experience: 4-5+ years of work experience as an L&D; qualified, preferably in BFSI industry
Qualification: MBA or equivalent degree
Location: Chennai
