B. Tech Mechanical - Sales Qualified, Business Development Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to expand our Ansys business across industrial and institutional segments. The role focuses on consultative selling of Ansys software.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Growth

· Identify and develop new business opportunities for Ansys.

· Target industries such as manufacturing, automotive etc.

· Manage complete sales cycle: prospecting, meetings, demos, proposals, negotiation, and closure.

· Maintain healthy pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.

Customer Engagement

· Interact with Design Manager, Engineering Head, Plant Heads, CTOs, and Procurement teams.





· Internal and external cordination and follow up, sending mom emails, scheduling meeting and conducting sales and technical call with team.

· Ensure systematic follow-up and lead conversion.

Product Demonstration & Solution Selling

· Conduct virtual and onsite demonstrations.

· Coordinate POCs and installations with technical teams.

Qualification & Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Diploma Mechanical.

· Strong presentation and communication skills.

· Willingness to travel for Technical demonstration, client meeting.
