Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing candidates via portals, LinkedIn, and referrals
- Screen resumes and coordinate interview schedules
- Support recruiters in managing candidate pipelines
- Maintain recruitment trackers and documentation
- Learn and contribute to employer branding initiatives

Requirements:
- BMS graduates (freshers welcome)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in HR/recruitment domain
- Ability to work in a fastpaced setting

- Facetoface interview at Goregaon East office (no direct walkins)
