Freight Sales Executives
to join our growing team. We are seeking professionals with a passion for sales, client relationship management, and business development within the transportation and logistics industry. Fresh graduates with exceptional communication skills and a solid desire to build a career in US logistics are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the US freight and logistics market.
- Generate leads through outbound calling, networking, referrals, and other sales channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with shippers, customers, and logistics partners.
- Understand customer transportation requirements and recommend tailored freight solutions.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close profitable business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless shipment execution and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Achieve monthly sales targets while contributing to the company's growth.
Candidate Requirements
- 1–5+ years of experience
in Freight Sales, US Logistics, Freight Brokerage, Transportation Sales, or Business Development is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent spoken and written English communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
