Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow the companys online sales channels. The candidate will be responsible for product listing and catalog management, order processing, marketplace operations, customer coordination, inventory monitoring, digital promotions, and analyzing e-commerce performance.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms and marketplaces and possess solid skills in online sales, data management, customer service, and digital marketing coordination.

Key Responsibilities

1. E-Commerce Platform Management
- Manage daily operations of the company’s e-commerce website and online marketplaces.
- Create, update, and maintain product listings, descriptions, specifications, images, pricing, and offers.
- Ensure product information is accurate, complete, and optimized for online visibility.
- Monitor website and marketplace performance and resolve operational issues.

2. Order & Sales Management




- Monitor and process online orders from order confirmation to delivery.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, sales, and customer service teams for timely order fulfillment.
- Track order status, cancellations, returns, replacements, and refunds.
- Ensure smooth execution of the complete order-to-delivery process.

3. Marketplace Management
- Manage seller accounts and product catalogs on relevant e-commerce marketplaces.
- Monitor product rankings, sales performance, customer reviews, ratings, and marketplace compliance.
- Coordinate with marketplace support teams to resolve issues related to orders, payments, listings, and account performance.

4. Inventory & Pricing Management
- Monitor online inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team for stock availability.
- Ensure correct pricing, discounts, promotions, and product availability across online channels.
- Prevent stock-outs and incorrect product information.
