Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct pre-audit inspections before vehicle fabrication and transformation activities begin, and give timely updates to relevant stakeholders on the bus's actual status in the workshop.
- Conduct regular progress audits at bus body-builder workshops to monitor construction quality, timelines, and adherence to specifications.
- Coordinate closely with bus body builders to ensure IntrCity bus specifications, layouts, branding standards, and approved materials are implemented correctly.
- Ensure uniformity of specifications, fittings, finishing quality, and passenger experience across buses being manufactured at different workshops.
- Monitor and implement current features, product upgrades, and operational improvements in ongoing and upcoming bus projects.
- Identify deviations from approved specifications and ensure timely corrective actions with workshops and vendors.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including operations, procurement,



branding, and maintenance, for the smooth execution of bus transformation projects.
- Track project timelines and provide regular updates regarding vehicle readiness, delays, and workshop progress.
- Verify installation and quality - interiors, upholstery, charging systems, branding elements, and passenger amenities - Bedcover, blankets, etc
- Maintain detailed audit reports, compliance checklists, workshop observations, and photographic documentation.
- Support onboarding readiness by ensuring transformed buses meet operational and quality standards before deployment.
- Travel extensively to workshops, operator locations, and fabrication units to ensure seamless monitoring and execution.
- Maintaining uniformity and branding across the fleet in South India.
