About the Role:

As our CRO Manager, you will own the end-to-end conversion optimization strategy for our ecommerce website. You'll develop a structured testing roadmap, execute A/B and multivariate experiments, optimize landing pages and conversion funnels, refine website copy, and ensure every customer interaction is optimized for performance. This is a highly cross-functional role that partners closely with Marketing, Creative, Design, Development, and Ecommerce teams to continuously improve the customer journey and maximize conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the company's entire Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) program.
- Develop and prioritize a strategic testing roadmap based on customer insights, analytics,



and business objectives.
- Plan, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests across landing pages, product pages, checkout flows, and website funnels.
- Identify friction points throughout the customer journey and recommend data-backed improvements.
- Optimize landing pages for higher conversion, engagement, and revenue.
- Write, edit, and refine website copy focused on improving user engagement and conversion. Implement website revisions and collaborate with developers to ensure accurate deployment of changes.
- Conduct ongoing quality assurance (QA) testing to identify bugs, broken experiences, and conversion blockers.
- Perform regular website audits and glitch testing across desktop and mobile devices.
- Analyze customer behavior using heatmaps, session recordings, funnel reports, and analytics platforms.
- Measure test performance and present actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
