Location: Pune Noida Bangalore

Job Summary
We are looking for an Offshore Business Analyst with strong experience in Clinical domain projects.
The candidate should have experience working with Clinical business stakeholders and Agile delivery teams.
The role requires expertise in requirements gathering business analysis product management testing support and stakeholder management.
The candidate should be able to convert business requirements into explicit user stories and support end to end project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Interact with Clinical business stakeholders product owners and delivery teams to understand business requirements.
Analyze clinical business processes workflows and data flows.
Prepare business requirements documents functional specifications user stories and acceptance criteria.
Manage backlog and requirements using Jira and Confluence.
Conduct requirement gathering sessions workshops and stakeholder meetings.
Work closely with development and QA teams during project execution.
Support sprint planning backlog grooming and Agile ceremonies.
Participate in functional testing UAT planning defect management and business sign off.
Validate application functionality reports dashboards and data outputs.
Prepare user guides release notes and training materials.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of overall experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, Product Owner or Functional Consultant in IT delivery programs.
- Strong prior experience working on Clinical domain projects such as clinical trials, clinical development, CTMS, EDC, clinical operations, clinical data platforms, clinical analytics, clinical testing data, and
