Job Title: OT Assistant – ENT Specialty Department

Location: Medicover Hospitals, Nellore
Department: Operation Theatre – ENT
Experience: 1–3 Years (ENT OT experience preferred)
Qualification: Diploma/B.Sc. in Operation Theatre Technology (DOTT/BOTT) or equivalent

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated OT Assistant – ENT Specialty to support ENT surgeons and the surgical team by preparing the operation theatre, maintaining sterile conditions, assisting during ENT procedures, and ensuring smooth pre-operative and post-operative OT operations while following infection control and patient safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and set up the ENT Operation Theatre with required instruments, endoscopes, microscopes, and surgical equipment.
- Assist ENT surgeons, anesthetists, and OT nurses during ENT surgical procedures.
- Ensure sterilization, disinfection, and proper handling of ENT surgical instruments and equipment.




- Prepare and position patients safely before surgery as per OT protocols.
- Maintain aseptic techniques and infection control standards throughout surgical procedures.
- Check the functionality of ENT OT equipment and report any malfunctions immediately.
- Maintain OT inventory, surgical consumables, and documentation as per hospital policies.
- Dispose of biomedical waste according to NABH and hospital guidelines.
- Coordinate effectively with surgeons, nursing staff, and CSSD to ensure uninterrupted OT workflow.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.75 per month
