We're Hiring – B2B Sales / Marketing Executive

Location: Hingna, Nagpur

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 + Attractive Incentives

Qualification: Any Graduate (MBA Preferred)

Experience: 2–3 Years

Key Responsibilities:

Generate B2B leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and market research.

Identify and connect with potential clients to schedule business meetings.

Build and manage a solid sales pipeline.

Follow up with prospects and convert leads into business opportunities.

Maintain CRM records and daily sales reports.

Collaborate with the sales team to achieve business targets.

Skills Required:

✔ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

✔ Experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Lead Generation.

✔ Knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, and LinkedIn.

✔ Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
