Role Description

The Project Manager holds overall responsibility for the end-to-end delivery of assigned construction and building projects — from planning and mobilisation through execution to handover. The role owns the project schedule, budget, quality, and safety outcomes, and coordinates all internal teams, consultants,



contractors, and vendors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within cost, and in full compliance with design specifications, statutory requirements, and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution —

Lead the complete lifecycle of assigned projects; prepare and drive execution plans, method statements, and project baselines from inception to handover.

Scheduling & Budgeting —

Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules, budgets, cash-flow forecasts, and resource plans; track actuals against baseline and take corrective action on deviations.

Site Management —

Supervise day-to-day site operations, monitor progress against milestones, and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and IS codes.

Plan and coordinate the timely procurement of materials, machinery, and
