Job Purpose
CPQ is responsible for tracking & monitoring product performance of Noida produced tractor in India domestic & Global Markets based on WRS (Global warranty Tool), dealer feedback and other input source data. CPQ positions has key responsibility to meet the SBP Target for warranty Cost, Time to Fix the issue & Failure rate (F/100) for responsible Product Lines produced in India & sold Globally. This position is responsible for identifying the key technical issues in product, driving the root cause analysis and resolution process in conjunction with the Current Product Management team. This position is responsible for upgrading the product w.r.t Technical & Warranty spending parameters & improving as per global SBP targets to increas
